This is template Privacy Policy text for YieldPilot, provided as a starting point. Before putting the site into production, replace this content with a policy reviewed by a lawyer, in line with GDPR and applicable Portuguese law.

1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email), property and contract data you enter on the platform, and, if you enable automatic rent collection, payment data processed by Stripe — including the SEPA Direct Debit mandate signed by the tenant — never your bank password or card details.

2. How we use the data

To provide the platform's features, including profitability calculations, automatic rent collection and alerts. Data is never sold to third parties.

3. Artificial intelligence

AI features process your data through third-party providers (for example, to generate responses or analyze documents), under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, through the application or by contacting us.
