1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email), data about the properties and contracts you enter on the platform, and, if you connect your bank account, transaction data obtained through a regulated Open Banking provider — never your bank password.
2. How we use the data
To provide the platform's features, including profitability calculations, bank reconciliation and alerts. Data is never sold to third parties.
3. Artificial intelligence
AI features process your data through third-party providers (for example, to generate responses or analyze documents), under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, through the application or by contacting us.
